Triple Play Mound / Home Plate Clay™ is a premium blend of high-quality screened clay with a rich brown color.  This product will easily bind and conform to existing surfaces, helping reduce the amount of maintenance and repair to your field’s high stress areas.  It will also easily tamp into holes, providing greater durability and less maintenance.

Triple Play Mound / Home Plate Clay™ has a very high clay Content.  It can be used to construct, rebuild, and repair pitchers mounds, batters boxes, and the catcher’s box.  It can also be used to firm up the position areas or other high stress areas of your infield.

Triple Play Mound / Home Plate Clay™ should be hydrated at least twenty-four hours prior to use to acquire proper moisture needed for easier installation and professional grade performance.

1 bag/50# = 8 square feet one inch thick

How to Apply

1- Broom off all loose dirt from the stress areas and lightly water.
2- Add Triple Play™ Mound/Home Plate Clay in 1” inch layers.
3- Tamp the Clay to a firm but level surface.
4- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the new surface is level with the old surface
5- Top Dress finished area with Play Ball! Infield Conditioner.
